RCS series Hoisting Mechanism:
1. RCS Hoisting Mechanism is designed and manufactured by means of technology of
Potain; it can be used in substitution of the same type of imported products.
2. It adopts two wound rotors three-phase asynchronous motor, the speed of which
can be regulated through interaction between gear drive device and through loop
resistance of the wound rotors. It is hoisting speed, low speed emplacement, smooth
speed regulation, and high working efficiency, which can fully satisfy the requirements
for construction work and equipment basket.
3. L-type layout with reasonable arrangement of resistance box, electric cabinet,
drum and motor control. Adoption of large-diameter broken line grooved drum with
large wire capacity can multiple wraps, which is even more suitable for climbing
operation and attached tower crane.
PQC series Hoisting Mechanism:
1. Adopt technology of French Potain Co***ny
2. Co***ctly structured with three-speed asynchronous motor with brake, angular drive
reduction device with planetary reduction gear, and broken line grooved drum
3. Reasonable motor pole ration with high working efficiency. quick brake and accurate
orientation.
4. Convenient control and high reliability.
JH (OMD) (RCV) series Slewing Mechanism Characteristics:
JH series slewing reduction gear is manufactured under technology supplied by French
Potain Co***ny and has supplied to ZJG Potain. This series can form RCV series
mechanism if equipped with YTLEJ torque motor and corresponding electric control
system. This series of reduction device, along with YTH series slewing motor,
TLD electromagnetic clutch and corresponding electric control system, consists
of OMD series slewing mechanism.
JX series Torque motor Trolley-Jib mechanism Characteristics:
1. Adopt technology of French Potain Co***ny
2. YTLET torque motor can be set to stepless or stepped speed regulation
